Join us on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 from noon ‘til night for our first ever Mid-Residency Open House!
The public is invited to join us at the cabin for the day to cross-country ski, snowshoe, hike, and the like in the morning. At noon, we will begin an orienteering workshop (with and without the aid of compass) led by the C.T. crew. We’ll share a meal together as dusk closes in, a big pot of chili or two (vegan and not) and some fresh-baked dutch oven bread. After dinner, we’ll join around a roaring campfire in the woods surrounded by snow, for a round of studio talks. Each CT4 resident will give a small talk, present their project and host a Q+A. Ghost stories, camp songs, tea, cocoa and coffee to follow.
Space is very, very limited! The workshop and chili-dinner are capped at 12 people (in addition to the 12 residents). That said, anyone is invited to swing through the park without RSVP’ing and spend the day with us (RSVP is only required for the workshop and the chili dinner).
To RSVP and secure your spot for the Mid-Residency Open House Orienteering Workshop + Chili Dinner, please paypal $15 to Cabin-Time here.
